CD Reed is licensed to do FHA loans.  My office goes through an annual audit as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make certain our office complies with Federal lending laws and compliance issues.  Being an approved FHA lender is no easy task, but one task we at CD Reed feel is well worth it!
